Claire Hom, and Confirmation.

Let me just say this now:

Claire freakin' Hom reads He Kexin = 14. I was like. "Wooow." If you haven't already heard from CcCam's blog, Claire is an up and coming gymnastics superstar, with a unique style of gymnastics. Just google her. You'll find out. (To Claire: Heyy, how are youu? :D)

Anyways, Wikipedia has posted confirmation that Shayla Worley HAS been kicked off the tour for underage drinking.

Hmm.
This is something to think about. Will it screw up her NCAA?

  1. She's back on the tour as of the last stop - you can see her in pictures of the team visiting a Pacers game. Apparently she was allowed to come back after being gone for some while. I don't think that will be an NCAA factor as much as her family taking a trip to Beijing with fundraised money...but I still think she'll be allowed to compete anyway.

  3. Yeah, I don't think this will ruin it for her. May keep the coaches on her but I hope she does have a good season with Georgia. :)

  4. She didn't deserve to be on tour anyhow. The three alternates deserved it more. And she shows what a loser she is by getting booted. Her mother stole donations from people, when Shayla didn't make it to Olys. She's a bad kid. Who cares if she looks interesting.

  5. Um, excuse me, Anonymous, but Shayla deserved to be on that tour just as much as the rest of them did, 'Kay? Shayla has worked hard all her life overcoming injuries and such, and she deserved to have a little fun. If you aren't going to respect the gymnasts I post about please do not comment.

  6. You really shouldn't be citing wikipedia as a source. Anyone can edit/add things on the pages.

  7. No offense, but I really wouldn't trust Wikipedia as your "go-to" source. Anyone can get on there and edit it. Who knows, some crazy "Shayla hater" might have hacked on just to stir things up. I had actually heard that she was resting an injury and touring colleges. But I don't know if that's true or not, either!

P.S.- I'm not the one that posted that mean comment above.

  8. Doesn't really matter, Shayla's gymnastics "career" won't ever go anywhere because she doesn't have near the talent that she needs to, to succeed.
