*Cries*

I think I like to make myself cry. I cannot stop watching Nastia Liukin crying out of happiness due to her Olympic AA win. And I keep crying because I keep watching this montage, as well:

Made by: Athlete065
It's amazing, and also makes me cry, because it shows how she had so many obstacles in her way and came out on top and represented the USA perfectly. :)

I know it's late to post this, but here we go:

My Olympic Reactions:

Team Prelims:

Vault: Screaming. o_o

Bars: Crying for Chellsie. Seriously. Bawling. I cried so hard for her, because she had overcome so many things, and I just wanted her to medal on bars, even though it'd be impossible with the stupid little fly on the windshield He Kekin, and people with much higher difficulty. But I was also hoping she'd at least qualify. Poor girl. But she's got her Olympic Medal, and I'm proud of her for that!

Beam: Yelling at China to fall. xD I know it's mean, but whatever.

Floor: Screaming at USA to stay in bounds, and dancing with that one sem-cute Chinese girl's floor routine. Darnit, what was her name!? Jiang Yuyan or something like that? Y'all know who I'm talking about. She's the only one with personality in her floor routine, not counting Ksenia Semenoyva (sp?) and USA.

Team Finals:

Vault: Screaming at Bridget. Screaming at Alicia. Screaming at Shawn. Then screaming at the judges for almost not giving her credit for the Amanar. (Note: The only aggressive screaming was at the judges. I was actually cheering for everyone, I just like saying screaming instead. :D)

Bars: Whispering "Come on, Chellsie!" At least 500 times per second before her Thatchev. Sigh of relief when caught. Screaming at Shawn and "Wahoo"-ing when she caught her Geinger and Jaeger. Yelled when she stuck the dismount. Sppeechless during Nastia's routine, my heart beating realllly fast. It was soooo nerveracking. And I wasn't even the one competeting!! Happy dancing when she got her 16.9. I also melted a little bit when Shawn waved at the camera. She's sooo cute. :D

Beam: Cheering for Alicia. Holding my breath for her mount. I remember thinking to myself "She looks a little bit awkward in the air!". Then I started crying/screaming. We all knew what happened. Who went next? Nastia or Shawn? Let's pretend Nastia went next. I was excited when she stuck her little thingamabob where she ends in a scale. Then Shawn. She did awesomely, as usual.

Floor: I was cheering so hard for Leesh. I cried. Then Nast went out of bounds. Then so did Shawn. I knew it was over. I cried out of sadness. Then I cried because theh ad won am edal! That's something to cheer about!!

Next up: AA finals. ("The meet where I lost my voice!")

Well. The gymnastics world is dead.

And shall probably stay that way until the 2009 American Cup rolls around. All this lack of gym news is making me want to bash my head in on the keyboard.

If you have any news at all please, please, PLEASE share. Us gym-addicts are begging you! Pleeeeease.

I saw an awesome montage the other day. Gosh, now I can't remember what is was.

OKAY, got it!

Postlemonkey made it and it's pretty awesome. It features the WOGA duo (My new nickname for Carly + Nastia. Not to be confused with Shastia.) and Shawn Johnson. Music = The awesome beat of Rihanna (sp? o_o) singing 'Pon De Replay'. All in all, it pwns. :D

Watch it. It's addicting. I seriously watched it, like 4 times.

Now, let's all appluad Postlemonkey for her hard work in making the awesomeness that is this montage. 'Kay, good job at applauding, people.

See ya laytah, Gatahs.

Oh, P.S.- I way be argumentative, but I love hearing other people's opinions. *Hint, Hint*. COMMENT!!!!! :O

My new montage.

'Kay, so I made my first Shawn montage, for 7TeSsa7 and GGAgymnast02. It was realllly fun to make, and I worked really hard on it. It's got some 'Lympic footage, so let's hope that it doesn't get deleted!! It took, like 4 hours to upload. No lie. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.! o.o

No Shastia news, lately. I wonder if they are enjoying themselves on tour. Probably. The goobers. ;D

Arggg. I need to get to making resurrecthis's Asac avvy and background.

Byee.

Georgia Gymdogs have begun mandatory practice.

According to Georgiadogs.com, the Gymdogs have upgraded a lot. Mini-Koop (For those of you who aren't avid Gymdog fans, that's Courtney Kupets.) has recovered well, and Tiffany Tolnay was cleared to begin practice. Tiffany is also having her final floor routine as a Gymdog choreographed by Kim Zmeskal(sp?). Grace Taylor, the 2008 NCAA Beam champion is performing 4 different combinations with lots of flips. Courtney McCool, The 2008 NCAA floor champion has added a Switch Leap Onodi in to her beam routine, Where as Hilary Mauro, a returning All-American award winning sophmore, has kept all her skills from her Freshman season, and upgraded lots, including a new bars dismount (A Double Layout), and Yurchenko One and a Half, and a Double Arabian on Floor. Also, there's some stuff online saying that Amber Trani, straight from the Elite circuit will be doing her DTY!! That's all I've searched up, but sounds like there are some interesting new combos and routines this season! :D Don't forget practices are open to the public! Visit georgiadogs.com for more info about that.

The new freshmen. Not sure who is who yet, but I don't see Amber!

Please don't kill us, Courtney!
(Seriously, that is one scary look!!)

Haha, Suzanne looks funny.
And is it me or does Marcia look like she's about to fall asleep?!

Ehmagawd, Tiff. Arm muscles. O_O

Courtney, Graceful and dramatic as always. :]

Courtney looks exhausted!!
Tiff looks like a brunnette! (And very skinny legs! :o)
Sessie, are you mediating?

Yay for Grace. :D

Wahoo for interviews.

Wahoo for interviews. (Part two!)

Go dogs!!

That's all for now!

Also..Where the heck is Shayla Worley going?! SEC, I hope!!!

Oprah is very mean to gymnasts!!! (Not really, but yeah.) Yay for Shastia.

There's pretty much nothing going on in the gymnastics world right now except for lots of TV appearances and endorsements, and not to mention *Dun DUH..DUH* The superstars tour. Which I am going to and will post pictures and possibly some video via the loveliness of Photobucket and Youtube.

I may be late on posting about all the 'Lympians on TV but here's my thoughts:

1: WTF, Oprah?! Interview Shastia* for, like, Two freaking minutes, and then don't even recognize the the hardworking, and not to mention talented awesomeness on the rest of the team?! Just "And the women's gymnastics team won silver in Beijing, ladies, stand up!" and before they could even get a shot of them all standing up (Poor, Poor, Chellsie was having issues standing up due to the ankle.) they went to a commercial!! Seriously, but they have time to show the stinking TABLE TENNIS TEAM?!??! You know what, it doesn't deserve to have a fancy name. I'm calling it Ping Pong. Deal with it! RAWR. o_o I'm now boycotting Oprah, due to her meanieness to all the Olympic Gymnasts.

( *Shastia = My new name for Shawn Johnson and Nastia Liukin, will be used for referring to both of them at the same time. )

2: Ditto at the View. WTF?! They only interviewed Nastia for about a minute and a half. She's kinda more important than whoever else was on there at the time. Probably another spaghetti-eating cat or something.

3: Yay for Conan! He interviewed Nastia for a good 6 or so minutes, not including commercials! (Not to mention her and Howie Mandell's little fist bumping thing was cute. :D)

4: I almost peed my pants watching Nastia on Jay Leno. The other dude who was on there was so funny. He was, like "Hey, Nastia, do you think it's unfair that you get the same Gold Medal as a speed-walker?!". He also referred to Speed-Walkers as 'Ass-Walkers' because Quote; "Their ass moves in a funny way when the walk." Unquote. So funny.

5: I fell asleep before watching Shawny on Jay Leno. I was tired. Sorry, peoples.

6: Shawn on Ellen = Super cute. And her RO full dismount at the end was so powerful. Way to stick the landing Shawn. ;) Haha. ('Kay, if you don't get the sarcasm, go watch it on the heaven that is Youtube.)

7: I just can't get over this...WTF, Oprah?!!!?

So, yup.

That's all for me. Laytah.

P.S.- BOYCOTT OPRAH!!!!!

Shawn Johnson is a terrible Actress.

Let's just say this...Shawn, stick to gymnastics. Please. We're begging you.

Observe:

Get my point?
Shawn is a suckish actress. No offense to Shawn, she's still an amazing gymnast, but, yeah.

In other news (Not really, but whatever.) Alicia Sacramone will be on The Bonnie Hunt show today. They'll probably grill her about falling during team finals, blah blah blah. Shut your yaks, people! She helped us win a Silver, not lose a Gold. I think that a Silver is still something to be really proud of! So don't you dare put down Alicia, otherwise I may have to smack you upside the head.

THE END.

Collegiate Gymnastics Websites-Why Do They Suck!?

Seriously. I have Georgia, Florida, Michigan, LSU and Penn State's women's gymnastics websites bookmarked, and they haven't updated in, like, forever. The only one that updates regularly is UGA! Take Penn State for example...They haven't updated their website since Brandi Personett tied for fifth on beam at the NCAA's...In APRIL. Thats..*Counts on fingers* 6 Months!!!

It annoys me so much.

I'm also annoyed that I lost the Georgia Gymdog slogan contest. .-.
My slogan: Defend For Ten.
The Winning Slogan: All in For Ten.

Oh, well. I'm probably still going to the Nebraska NCAA's. :D

Byee.

Oh, and P.S.-NASTIA. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!
There isn't crap about Nastia being on The View and Conan. Also, I need to know when her Wheaties box is coming out..I want to eat Wheaties while staring at her enormously over 180 Degree split leap. =D

First Post.

So this is my inaugural blog post. Yayy. I've hopped onto the bandwagon, and joined the community of Gymnastics bloggers.

About the name: He Kexin = 14. It's true, spread the word.
